Every Friday is garbage pick up day meaning every drive way in our neighbourhood will have disposable items neatly lined up in prescribed or acceptable forms. The waste management staffs will diligently come collect our disposable items.
That's why every Friday, Okee and I go walk in forests with trails instead! I don't want her to smell people's garbage or rip garbage bags apart or discover a raccoon or skunk crawling out of garbage bins!
Walking around the neighborhood with your dog on garbage day can present a challenge if your dog is not well behaved.
Anyhow on our weekly forest visits, she has more energy to run. The log she is pulling is moi. The trails are still a bit icy at this time so the log slides and rolls sometimes!
Anyhow, as Okee is the logger, she does most of the navigating. She always knows her way back to my parking spot :D!
