Dogs really are the best companion

If you are not scared of dogs, they really are the best companion anyone can ask for.  Today, I came home to an empty house, a very rare occurrence.  Okee was there welcoming me with an inviting smile and the excitement of seeing me home.  She no longer jumps on me or hug me at the door, probably because she is over 13 years of age and can no longer stand on her hind legs only.  I really miss her hugs though.

After fixing myself dinner, I decided to walk her.  You see, I was too tired to take her out earlier this morning.  Again, she is excited as always.  It was very nice to walk in the evening today, it was quiet and the wind was blowing.  I love hearing the sounds of leaves whistling.  As we walked together I listened and looked at all the different colours of the leaves, transparent under the sun.

As we continued our walk, I can't help but notice how carefree she walked and how genuinely happy she was.  Earlier that evening, I was complaining about not liking my cell phone and how it is more of a device of constant rejection for me.  If Okee and I communicated by phone, we will not be  able to keep in touch at all.  Okee cannot use the phone!

I'm really lucky to have came across Okee.

The two terriers terrors are back

I flipped through my "The encyclopedia of dog breeds" and still cannot tell which terrier my brother and sister in law's dogs are.  They may be mutts or I didn't look through the encyclopedia as well as Mrs. Weasley (previously Miss Granger) would have.

Anyhow I want to write about why you should not get terriers.  Their hair are long and requires frequent cutting.  What's wrong with long hair?  One problem is that their poop can get stuck on it.  Their shit from their buttocks as well as eyes!

You would either have to wash their eyes every morning or cut the fur off.  The excretion from their eyes could go so bad that it can cover an entire eye leading to a possible bad infection.

Lucky for them, I am a very attentive dog sitter so I fix potential big problem early on so it remains small and tiny.

These two terrors are tiny but yeah. Enough said.
